I explained to him that I needing a window VPS because my current service provider was going to charge me $50 more to move from Linux to windows. I got to talk via chat with Jix before opening an account, now I have paid they do not chat and do not answer emails, the website is still not working and they offer no assistance. once they have your money they dont want to know any more. Well this is the cheapest VPS and web hosting that i saw on the net, they also setup my VPS within 2 hour and they offer Windows Operating system for free.I really like it . Only thing that they can improve is CP i think they need to add that option in future. [more]

I do not speak the software (techie) language and so when I attempted an upgrade and didn't follow all of the necessary steps, I messed somethings up on my site. I sent in a support ticket and within the 20 min I had a response and the team was on the job. I was using 1freehosting for quite some time. On the HOME PAGE, you can see that it says "no ads", right under an ad. There are now ads all plastered in the control pannel, and the way it is layed out, it is overlapping all the control pannel features.
