Savvis Announces Launch of Cloud-Focused Global Alliances Program

Through the program, alliance partners are able to offer the company's cloud services, and other services, to their clients.

Savvis, Inc., a provider of cloud infrastructure and hosted IT solutions for enterprises, today announced details about its cloud-focused global Savvis Alliances Program for channel partners.

The company explains that through the flexible, multi-level program, its alliance partners are able to offer its cloud services, as well as managed hosting, colocation, network services and managed security services, to their clients. By registering as an alliance partner, participants receive access to its assets and intellectual property through the partner portal at www.savvis.com/alliances.

It further explains that the Alliances Program is customized to meet the unique, individual needs of system integrators, managed service providers, telecommunications companies, application providers, and technology vendors. Several companies have already joined the program at launch. The Alliances Program offers tiered membership levels - Strategic, Preferred and Affiliate - with varying benefits and requirements based on the channel partner's level of commitment and investment. Partners can also choose between two business engagement models: resell or refer.
