ISPs Mistakenly Filtering Opt-in Emails

Internet service providers failed to deliver 18.7 percent of permission-based email sent to subscribers in the second half of last year, according to research conducted by Return Path (returnpath.net), an email performance management firm. The 18.7 percent figure represented a 1.7 percent increase over the first half of the year and a 3.7 percent jump over the second half of 2002.
