As a new customer, trying to log in to access the control panel to set up a home page, I recieved the certificate error for the site. They are operating without a certificate or one that is not issued to them. OK. I go to the public library for some unrelated research and try to access my account, to see if my website is up yet, and because of the library wi-fi security settings, I cannot even navigate to the site.
