chris ( chris@c... ) | This shower of cowboys are eye-wateringly terrible. From claiming 24/7 support (nope) to processing a credit card payment without my consent it's been nothing but painful dealing with them. I have switched now as masochism just isn't my thing. AVOID

Toby ( buddyandtoby@l... ) | I can't thank the entire team enough for going beyond the call of duty getting my website and web application to work. After many hours of frustration with my old web host I asked 24/7 Hosting if I could have a trial account to see if they can get it to work and after a few hours they managed to get it all working after some coding changes and when I asked how much I owe they said it's free!
I was amazed and I honestly can't thank the team at 24/7 Hosting enough.

-anonymous- ( -no email- ) | We have had the worst customer service ever from 24/7 Hosting Christchurch, their tech support is totally non existent at the best of times, and when you finally do get through to them, they are downright rude and un-helpful.
I found it very funny that they advertise over 15 years experience, when the owner is about 24 years old, and used to work at Subway. Maybe should have stayed making Subs instead of trying to run this business.

-anonymous- ( -no email- ) | Just joined up with 24/7 Hosting, so far have found them very fast with email replies, system setup and at last someone using Cpanel. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 24/7 to anyone.

Melanie ( -no email- ) | In my eyes 247 have the best value in New Zealand. You can pay yearly. You get full email, a database and full CPanel control over your domain. No hidden costs, no extra costs. Most popular blogging, content management and forum software available at the click of a button. Fully wordpress compatible. The only snag, not unlimited domains on the cpanel. Need to upgrade to host more than one domain on the same hosting account. But then that is a small price to pay compared to the atrocious [...]

-anonymous- ( -no email- ) | Our time with 24/7 was to say the least the worst experience we have ever had. They are never available for support, and get very abusive with their clients.
I would not recommend using their services at all, there are plenty of other hosting companies out there for others to use, and I would suggest trying anyone else but them.

I asked them if there is any possibility of giving me options to close my account and they just closed it right away without letting me back up any data. I have lost 4 months of hard work and the support center staff were very rude via emails. I could not get through over the phone or live chat at all and there is no one I can get in touch with personally either in order to retrieve my [...]

It's very sad to see this response as this customer failed to pay their account which is why the account was closed, after large amounts of abuse we blocked all communications from this customer as we felt it was a slinging match with repeated abusive emails and calls.
We were more than happy to assist this customer in anyway possible however they choose to abuse rather than work through the issue.
