They suspended my account without any notice, after I made an inquiry they replied the site is consuming their stupid server. I had been experiencing down times few times a day. They are terrible... support is purposely aimed to get your money and leave you high and dry... they are frequently down, emails will be cancelled to your friends and family because they provide for spam producers. Justyn ( justynd@g... ) | 3ix is PATHETIC. Steer clear of this host. They had an apparent disk crash and restored my site to a snapshot that was MONTHS old. I lost all my data and 40+ hours of web development. Not only did they not have a recent backup, but there was a 24-hour outage for my sites. What on earth am I paying them for? Their support knows NADA about anything and is known for belligerent dealings.
This is not the first issue I have had with them, but it will be the last, I can promise!

This is the worst hosting company in the world. Now Its not easy for me to shift into some other because It takes few days to transfer all my files and set up my site in a new server. Luke ( donateblog@o... ) | I must say, I have had a few server downtimes in the few years I've been with 3ix - but on the whole it hasn't been that bad. Any approach to live support resolves the problem. My site http://www.spankingallery.com has been up for about 6 months now with 2 downtimes caused by IP lockout - that has since been fixed.
In closing you get what you pay for, for the cost a few errors are expected. They are not the best, but I'll still use them for now...

It doesn't make sense for me to own something which I can't have 99.9% access to. Hence I've request them to honor their 30 days money back guarantee.
I have made 5 request for them to HONOR THEIR 30 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. Till date, no such commit [...]

Admittedly we have some problems from time to time, so I could not recommend it for a 100% uptime critical application.
For the money it's -so far- worth it and the chat operators help you sort out things (unless something really weird has taken place and they can't). Other hosts do not have chat and you have to wait hours for assistance by email.

Every month we have some issues with them. At the beggining it was ok as the Live Chat ppl could help pretty fast. But recently they say "please contact our support techs via this form". And then it takes AGES for them to fix the problem.
It may be good if you want to host your website with pictures, etc.
If you are a business owner go for something better (more expensive) as 3iX will lose you some clients otherwise!!

24x7Help: What happened is known as DNS Hacking that isn't a usual way of hacking/spoofing. This method is based on a vulnerability on DNS Protocol. We have taken measures on our server. Actually not all domains on server had this problem. There were only few and we fixed them already.

sanjay ( sanjaykattimani@h... ) | They are definitely one of the most cost effective hosting providers. Support isnt difficult to get. Site has good speed. There is only one limitation with them that i faced. You are not allowed to send more than 150 mails in an hour.

KOVACS, Istvan ( kovacs.it@g... ) | Signed up for the Excel plan ($44/year, 5 GB storage, cPanel, ClickBe, Fantastico, etc.) They were nice and responsive prior to my purchase.
Trouble started right after signing up: ClickBe didn't work. Asked them to fix it. They made a number of attempts, and did not get it to work most of the time. They downgraded my subscription to Excite level in the process and lost my two mailing lists. I then told them I wanted a refund (they offer a 30-day refund) and stated my reasons. According to [...]
