My user name and password are not recognised and I cannot log into the site. I cannot raise a trouble ticket without logging on so I cannot even find out what is wrong. I cannot even sign up for a new account because "0x046 there is a problem ! Please try again later."

Be _very_ careful with renewals and transfers I lost domains as AS control panel shows incorrect dates. They say that they have renewed but have not. Website content transfer, domain name transfer, DNS pointing, effortless because of the professional help that was truthful, swift and accurate, plus done in a very friendly way!
Moreover, excellent stuff for open source project like Joomla, Mambo, etc. and good prices and tutorial for all level´s knowledge people.

Francisco Lopez ( wololo@r... ) | I've been using several hosting services in my life, and so far I can say this is the worst I've ever seen, they frist went down for almost a week, and a cople days ago they went down again for two days.
I read in their forum that even the payed accounts suffered this kind of sutuations.
Do not waste your time as I did, I had to move my blog with all the sql tables and filles and it took me over 12 hrs.

I am personally using the second (pro VPS) plan and the freedom in managing the service is great. yesterday I even called them and spoke to a very polite person who clarified some billing questions that i had. They even offered me to take advantage of a promotion that was only available for new customers.

It worked just fine for a few days, installing wordpress was a breeze and it seemed to be smooth sailing from there. After the first few days my blog went down, so did wordpress login and awardspace hosting login. No communication about this from the host.
So, now I have a new (free hosted) blog...which I can't see, edit or troubleshoot...thx awardspace. Guess I'll be on my way to bluehost about now.

PHP, Perl(I didn't try yet), MySQL(1 database /w 10Mb, which is enough), FTP, 5 subdomains and you can also use 2 of your own registered domains. The account will never expire(mine is plus than 1 year old!). And the server has a good speed, even for scrips with SQL queries.

eric olsen ( eric.0lsen2@h... ) | So far so good. Server had no down time so far, relatively fast, the prices could be a bit lower though but I guess that quality comes at a higher price :)
