"Bluedomino offers an excellent platform for web hosting - fast servers, easy to use and more. You could easily get tempted to host all your sites on their servers but you'll regret this. The worst part of Bluedomino is their staff. In my experience, almost all of them are corrupt and thieves. I have had an experience with them where the php settings on my hosting account was tampered with so that my pages could not call external pages and my site was delistd from Google. I complained to them and no one seemed interested in assisting. After my domain expired , the same was registered by one of their staff which is one of the tricks they use to frustrate customers and make money out of them. In addition to this, when i was openning an account with them, they were telling me some of the features i was asking for were not offered by Bluedomino (Which was untrue) and that i could get them from a sister company. I did a research and found that the company is not affiliated to Bluedomino and suspect it's owned by their staff. Unfortunately there is no contact link for getting to the real Bluedomino owners so i just had to give up on them and start afresh. If you are aiming for hosting commercial websites, with PPC monetization on them, you could be in for a dirty game with them. I reccomend you go for a better established company with better support tickets' follow-up and supervision from the top management or you could end up regretting." Rebecca wilks ( info@d... ) | I've been with Blue domino for a couple of years, and have found them to be just OK. The interface is a bit unstable, and some things are compatible with one or another browser, so I need to switch to complete my updates.
Today I noticed that my website was down (I last saw it alive and well 2 days ago), and customer service could only say "we're sorry for the inconvenience," but please build the website again.
Needless to say, I'll do that somewhere else.

CJM ( mont7071@y... ) | Blue Domino is notorious for performing software "upgrades" that break all custom CNAMES their customer use, causing e-commerce sites to fail with no advance notice. They do these "upgrades" after-hours, so that their techs are not around to address the issue, and what should be a simple 30 second fix results in 12 hours of expensive downtime. Our e-commerce site has gone down 3 times this year because they keep deleting all CNAMES every time they make a software change, and they never warn [...]

Kansas ( kansasman@h... ) | Bluedomino picks and chooses what you can host on your web space. They deleted many personal files off my 100gig web space. I am cancelling as of now.

John Durrant ( jmdurrant@t... ) | BlueDomino stole money from me. I canceled my account and 3 weeks later they charged me for more hosting time. I would not use them as a web host, as they are nothing but thieves.
