Vasilauskis ( support@h... ) | I have to say, after the first month, all of my problem began @ CDDHosting. Support tickets are absolutely terrible; I am experiencing downtime . CDDHosting, of course, promised to compensate me. I continue to have problems after problems. I'm going to see how this plays out to see if i'm gonna stick with CDDHosting and it's not about "compensate" it's about service .

-anonymous- ( tor24@y... ) | I have aquired the unlimited reseller plan.. at first was ok but when i have put some clients on the account CDDHOSTING suspended all of them with reasons like "links to warez, etc" even if they warent. The service goes down every 3 - 4 days. If u want to make a business chose another company or buy some dedicated service!

I am very sorry to hear about your bad experience with us. During our transfer to SoftLayers datacenter, there was some downtime that occurred and problems did arise as expected with a transfer of that scale. We have promised to credit/compensate all that were affected and we have done so already.
If you were experiencing any downtime or issues, one of our staff should have credited you to make up for it.

Their server after a month hosting kept running down and out of space. The only one way to communicate with them is through a ticket system so I had to wait and wait. I do not appreciate being called a scum bag. We gave you those IPs as a promo and since we moved data centers we were not able to provide you with them anymore. We are sorry for this but, there is nothing we can do about it right now. Please understand, for a reseller to have 7 IPs is fairly uncommon and you were fairly lucky to have that many for the amount of time you did.

Ben Bouley ( beny@h... ) | WORST HOST EVER, they are SCAMMERS. Don't BUY there plans they stole my credit card!!! The host has terrible support that is only online for 20min. a day there servers suck and worst of all they tried to use my credit card with out my permission, THEY STOLE IT.

I have reviewed as many tickets as I could and I could not find any regarding a credit card being charged without permission. When an issue like this comes up, it is best to report it to us asap so we can make sure to handle it.
Though, we do not even collect credit cards. Perhaps you have the terminology mistaken.

I have used other businesses and they just do not compare to CDD Hosting. Sure, we had a bit of difficulties here and there, but nothing that was not resolved very fast, and usually not even their fault.
The support team is very knowledgeable in everything I have requested. They even have helped me with non hosting related issues.

I found CDDHosting in Digitalpoints and after having contact with one of their member of staff, I felt very comfortable with this company.
They are all kindly and helpful, I just seat back and they help me to transfer my site from mellowhost to their server.

So far there has been no downtime and the staff are always there to answer my tickets. I am currently on their Elite Hosting plan and it is working GREAT! On my old host I was paying $15/month for the same features. Now I only pay $4.50!
I love CDDHosting and I definitely recommend everyone to give them a try! You will not regret it!
