The first two weren't that knowledgeable and were unable to stop attacks on our servers. However, Colorhost followed us via twitter, and offered some wonderful solutions to our problems, and we were back up and running in no time!

Extremely cheap for the specs of the server we receive. $5.94 for a 100 slot server, no lag, ping less than 40 my end.
Will defiantly use them for other services.

Players that like the server will add the IP to their favorites list so that they can easily find it again. Therefore, when they suddenly change their customers server IP without any warning or reason to do so (that's what happened to me), all the previous months of gathering players and paying for a listing on the hosted tab were a complete waste.

Our IP addresses are reliable, as you may have known from our emails we faced a DDOS attack on a node previously, and it required a IP change.
We always notify our customers of changes, so do stand on the lookout in your email and our social networks for updates.

We are not resellers as we have stated in the past, We also have 99.9% up time and haven't failed to provide this at all.
Our WHT is in the process of being restored. We have not lied about anything and have told the truth publicly to our clients about situations such as our .net domain being stolen.
Also, it does not give you a right to make a review on our products, considering you haven't tried them before.

One problem I do not like is the Support. If the main administrator is not online to provide support, other staff have tended to ignore my calls for support. Overall, a great service.

They rejected my phone calls, as well as a my emails.
They also refused to enable SSH on my account, saying how it apparently was a security risk, I actually had to explain to them how UNIX permissions worked before they actually were like "Ok we're change your then for it"
They took so long to respond, that I couldn't even get a refund, as when I filed a refund request within the 7 days, it took them days to reply so they refused to give a refund, [...]

I do not recommend ColorHost and would try to stay away from it.

It was terrible, their servers could not allow any more then 5 people on your site at a time, otherwise they would just crash.
I quit them, then found out they had stolen one of my pieces of work and were using it for their own commercial reasons, after their servers got threatened offline by their hosts (they use VPSs btw, really cheap ones), it got removed.
And worse of all, they still believe they have done nothing wrong. [...]

We never stole work, and as soon as you requested it off we removed it no questions asked.
As you were not really a paid client (Your hosting was sponsored for your panel)
Our owner is not 15, and clearly a false lie. and we have 10 staff here.
We have a office as well.
We would use a different domain, which were in the process of getting. And "Color" is the American spelling, since were American company.

1. ColorHost uses cheap reseller servers.
2. The owner, Kevin, is extremely immature. He's 15, too.
3. The owner, Kevin, has taken credit for a template designed for ColorHost's website. The original designer was Sam Marks, and in the footer it said "Template design by Samuel Marks", which he removed and replaced with his own name. He just recently gave Sam credit again, because he "lost".

First off, where to begin.
The "owner" or self-proclaimed "CEO" of Colorhost is actually a kid. Yes, a kid. Call his customer support line, and if he answers, you will clearly be able to tell.
Second, he uses cheap servers. He originally was using cheap VPS' and claiming he owned his own servers.
His servers security is considerably poor, and performance is lacking in many various areas.

Our service has high top of the line security on them.
The Template was designed by Kevin Hammett.
We also provide refunds, as long as the reason is valid.

I have moved some of my sites off there host a few times, but each time I return because they offer some great high powered hosting. I know many people say that colorhost sucks, but they have not had a problem and then asked the support and gotten it fixed right away. ThePro ( thepro@g... ) | ColorHost.co is a really good host, and it's the best one i've been on as of now, their uptime is great, they have many servers, the support staff is really friendly, and the owner, kevin is a really nice guy.
They always help me with all my issues and all the time i check the site the livesupport staff seems to be on.
If i asked something i would get the right reply. Their servers are really fast.

They have only reseller accounts from different host and asking their clients they have dedicated server’s lol. (Search colorhost.net in Google you will find out the hostname of their reseller accounts providers)
Providing free accounts to client in exchange of good reviews.
Down their server each day, (view their twitter page for details)

Since the client could not supply any infomation, the client is fake client.
our servers are not down each day, we have 99.9% uptime.
We do not offer off of reseller accounts all servers are owned and operated by us.
And we do not provide free accounts.

Samuel Marks ( sam@s... ) | In my time spent with this host, I have had excellent support and service. There have been no downtimes, except at the beginning when they were experiencing some server issues. But throughout that whole time, they kept me updated with their Twitter, Cloudica, and Messaging accounts.
The server is fast, and the cost was excellent.
The only reason I put an 8 for features was because they don't have shell access, but then again, most hosts don't.

I went from colorhost to Servelayer.com and Servelayer.com is more organized !
Try Servelayer and they would'nt let you down. They even got Texting for faster support for urgent issues.

We do not use Resellers to provide are clients, we own High powered server hosted in tons of US datacenters.
We own 4 servers and are constantly growing, Zeon,Axiom,Javelin and Green.
All are owned by us.
