Been hosting at daily razor.com for a couple of years. Historically it been pretty good, but recently less so. It is OK: my host is down about once a day, but they are very fast at responding to my support email and getting the service up and running again. At one point they thought the problem was my fault (although I had made no changes) and they disabled my service for a day, but once I figured out what had happened they went and re-enabled the service pretty much immediately. Though I have had people calling me and complaining that my site is not available, I have found that when the server it running, the response time at Daily Razor is perfectly fine. I woudl recommend this service to anyone who enjoys mystery of knowing on any given day whether you site will be up or not. One more thing, two years in a row they forgot to re-register the free domain name that comes with the account. So for three or four days my site was inaccessible for that reason. But as soon as I figured out what the problem was, they had my site back available within 24 hours. My only positive experience is they have alway been responsive, including nights and weekends. Haven't always received an acceptable answer, but at least they responded quickly.
I wasn't satisfied with there DB backup strategy, so I looked elsewhere and found a better host. I was going to allow Daily Razor to be my domain registrar, but they failed to renew my domain in March, even after they billed me for it in [...]

November 8, 2010 -anonymous- ( -no email- ) | It took more than 48 hours to setup the account, only to receive the wrong password for the control panel. After untold international phone calls, emails and chat i still did not get my access credentials while my client is waiting when he will get online.
I decided to pull the plug on these people. Their technical support staff are insufficiently trained.

March 27, 2010 clau ( admin@p... ) | We hosted our backup domain with DailyRazor for several years and even though they often have “an application pool stuck on the server” it wasn’t much of a problem since this was just a backup hosting for us.
In 2009 October we started receiving up to 100 junk mails a day, some days even more, and we started investigating. Even though customer support was generally friendly and promptly they sent me in circles for months until they finally admitted on February 1 (4 months later!) [...]

The problem is, they oversell the heck out of their Shared Hosting, and I've seen a lot of down time recently.
