Kirk ( -no email- ) | I would never use Dimereseller - they are scummers. If you register your domain name with them, you will Never be able to transfer it to anyone else since they register it in their name, not yours..
Another thing - they've cancelled my hosting plan in the middle of paid period and refused to return my money! Reason they've told me - my Wp blog made their whole system down for more then 24 hours.
So now I'm without hosting, domain and money.

I they have excellent support and the services for that little fee is a bargain.
However, There are some weekends when there servers are down. I notice that almost every sartuday and sunday, the servers are down. i DO NOT KNOW WHY AND THERE IS NO EXPLANATION. But the rest is very okay if they can realise that and correct it.

I use to have hosting with them but I had to let them know that all of my domains were down. They told me that they had physical damage to one of their servers but they failed to mention it to me.
Not only that, I have a domain name registered with them, that I have access to and that's it. I cannot change the DNS or get EPP code. I've asked them for them and they told me that since I don't have hosting they will not change the DNS.

They will scam you, so don't use them - You will be sorry.

We get more than expected for $15 - great support and stable server (at least our website is always online). We had 1 downtime (about 2 hours) during 8 months, but it was problem in their datacenter and we got email with their explanation, so I can say only good words about DimeReseller. I will host my company's website with these guys for long.
