March 13, 2011 PC ( smile-pc@h... ) | I have been with Emerge for 4 years. For the past 2 years their services has been degrading sharply. There were times when 3 or 4 times within a week, I am unable to log into webmail (always get "store partition is full"). Recently they migrated to the new database server and this has caused my website to be down since the migration (approx 5 days ago). Once a year they will have this emails problem (down and not accessible) and when it happen, you will be in luck if you can contact their technical support..and not even details announcement on their website on what is going on..at least if you do not want to answer the phone, then put it nicely on your website..imagine if resellers with 30 accounts have to answer to 30 clients? December 30, 2010 Chua ( lmc_88@g... ) | I disagree with what's written by Lau. I've got 2 dedicated server with Emerge and their support is ok. Many times I asked some questions and they supported me. Sometimes I asked silly questions because not so technical but they help me as well. Though they are not perfect (which company is?), I'm ok with the support I get, even at night or weekend. The best idea is for you to contact them directly and decide yourself.

September 24, 2010 LAUHW ( lauhw@v... ) | We are hosting 3 dedicated servers in with them in Jaring TPM more than 5 years. Lately these 2 years, the support are getting worst and worst.
My experience is that to request for restarting our server, it took average 6 to 8 hours to get this request done.
Last year February, the whole data center was under attack. They modify their firewall policies & routing. Causing our servers down for many many hours. Finally, I went to the data center and help them to resolve the firewall [...]

June 4, 2010 Zulkifly ( zul1967@g... ) | I've been a customer of Emerge for 6 years and I got no issue with them. All my request for e-mail setup and website scripting is very well supported. They have real technical people supporting at night unlike what is claimed by many other hosting companies. Pricing is ok and affordable. I would gladly recommend their service to my friends.

They are also very slow at dealing with any problems you raise.
Uptime is decent, but lack of support and affordable price means it is only good for personal sites, not business sites.

August 8, 2009 steve ( stevegcl1985@g... ) | Emerge is quite affordable and webserver is very good and fast traffic, just the Sun email server have sometimes will blocked people who are spamming, then will slow up the process of sending mail during the issues. The technical support is good and improving after the email server have been down. Now is more stable compare to before. TSO 24/7 take up call at 1am++ when i call.

April 15, 2009 Jeannie ( ng63@p... ) | Subscribed to Emerge's service for almost a year now. Used to be okay. Server problems used to be resolved within a few hours. Lately service got really bad. Mail server now down for more than 62 hours!!! Tried calling tech support but is always engaged during 9-5. Nobody picks up at night although they claim 24/7 tech support. We are running a business and depend very heavily on communication via emails. Will have to start looking for another web host. NOT RECOMMENDED!

April 14, 2009 Terence ( terencetwt@h... ) | Subscribed to Emerge's service for a month now and has faced outage AT LEAST ONCE EVERY WEEK ! This is ridiculous since we are running a business and cannot afford to have email down time ever so often. Therefore, overall NOT RECOMMENDED!
