Pramod ( admin@m... ) | Bit new to the procedures of hosting and not well acquainted with the terminologies as well. But ESDS helped us out so nicely. Guided well by sales, CRM, technical etc. teams telephonically and on chat. Meghana, Deepika, Nilesh, Vishal, Justin and Alastair M (am sorry if I miss someone) they are just fantastic at there respective duties. Our website has not gone yet functional so can write more precisely after having at least 3 months of experience with ESDS.

And I plan to switch to ESDS. Because it’s nearest to our factory and I was aware of the ESDS Setup, service and support. I used to disturb them at any point of time, when I need to change something or I wanted to do from their side. The time to get solved the issue is quite good.
