Resold accounts come with their own space, bandwidth, and control panel. They do not take space from your reseller account. All resold accounts include an anonymous end user control panel. I've used these guys for years ---- not only have I rarely had a problem but their support team typically responds within 5-10 minutes, even in the middle of the night. Can't go wrong with this company. Note - I deliberately do NOT participate in their affiliate program so that when I recommend them to people (which is often), it's clear that I'm not doing it for personal benefit. Frank ( lvmetro@r... ) | I am a web designer that resells ezhosting hosting. Uptime is a major problem, at least once every 90 days there is some type of downtime issue. They have no phone support so you have to wait for a support ticket email response. The did usually respond within an hour or so but not always to my satisfaction.
About a year or so ago ezhost did a system upgrade that not only caused downtime but compromised and lost my client database info. They never notified me or warned me they were doing the [...]

I'm changing from them to hostmonster.
My website has been down on numerous occasions, which means my emails are not working.....their servers are very bad!
I'd never reccomend them to anyone!

Unhappy Customer ( -no email- ) | Reiterating what others have said, Ez-web has had tremendous problems with reliability - often our site was down/unreachable, or our email was down. Above and beyond that - we have reason to believe our email which was hosted through them was compromised somehow. Upon request for security documentation, they were unable to provide any - which was extremely frustrating. We're working on moving to another provider right now, because reliability is far more important than cost to be honest.

molly mcquire ( -no email- ) | DO NOT do business with Ez-web. Your site will be down at least an hour every 24, they don't answer support tickets, hell--they can't keep their OWN website online. I thought IPower was bad, EZ-web shouldn't be allowed to be in business. DO NOT sign up with them unless you want mega downtimes and mega problems.

awal ( ta7ady@y... ) | This is the wost web hosting I was in my live.They sold me server #1 it wansn't work and most of the time my customers sites were down .When I cancel the server their sales refused to refund my payment while the server was down from the beginning .
