FDC Servers.net LLC is the sole owner of its data center
The data center is located in the Chicago Board of Trading Building(CBOT). The CBOT is one of the worlds largest financial institutions and is fully redundant in its power supply and communications other amenities include elaborate security and surveillance systems.
1.Redundant and Precision Power
The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) is the only building in Chicago to draw power from 6 different city substations which virtually ensures a continuous and reliable power supply. As one of the largest financial centers in the world, the CBOT's power supply is fully redundant. In addition, all power from the building passes through on site Liebert Precision Power unites before reaching any servers.
2.24x7x365 Manned Security and Video Surveillance
The security in the CBOT is very extensive, including Security Guards and Video Surveillance throughout the building. In addition the building is patrolled by Chicago Police Officers. All Tenants of the building must have proper identification including photo I.D. to gain entrance to the building. All visitors must show proper identification and sign in at the Guards desk before gaining access to the building. A pass from the Office Of The Building is need to take any and all equipment out of the building.
3.Airconditioning and HVAC
Total of 100 tons of HVAC, utilizing Lieberts air-conditioning units and back up Air Rover portable units
4.24x7x365 datacenter staff
Our facility is staffed 24x7x365 to provide our customers with remote hands whenever they need them
5.Network Assets
FDCservers.net LLC currently operates a network with 81+ Gbps connectivity to the internet. There are 2 separate fiber entry points for complete IP transport redundancy. Our core network uses BGP4 routing protocol - our bandwidth is %100 multi-homed Our network supports both IPv4 and IPv6 protocols. FDCservers also has a multi-year dark fiber lease. The dark fiber is used to connect our main facility at Chicago Board of Trade and our POP at Equinix-CHI which gives FDC access to any major internet carrier

mike v ( mike@v... ) | They answer support requests instantly, and I don't mean they respond with 'researching it' they respond with 'taken care of' - or whatever's needed.
The 100Mb connection is like working on a LAN, and the price cannot be beat. If you can do most of your own server work, this is the best option on the planet.
Every other option out there would have been $100+ more a month.

john ( sel500@a... ) | To anyone that thinks to use FDC, DO NOT!!!! they are a bunch of crooks with the WORST service EVER. If you dont believe me, try right now to call them, YOU CANT. NO ONE PICKS UP. I also bet there Live help is offline. When my site was down and they wouldnt respond to my tickets, I started calling them, they finally after 2 hours of back to back calls picked up, sounded like a guy in his house and THREATENED to terminate my service if I keep calling. HEY JERK - IF YOU MORONS PICK UP LIKE A [...]

Alex ( hellreturns@g... ) | 1. Too much downtime.
2. BW issues. They tell 100Mbps but you will get less then 10Mbps.
3. Sometimes, ping increases to 600. Totally worthless.
4. Junk service and no one will reply to your tickets.
5. They don't care for service.
Terrible company. Stay away. I lost all my website traffic for staying with them for 3 months. Moved out and website is back in good shape.
They are worst company i have ever seen.

John Peters ( sel500benz@a... ) | STAY AWAY - These people are HORRIBLE. They have NO SUPPORT. My site has been DOWN for 5HOURS and they dont care. They dont answer tickets or Phones. Find Anyone else, DO NOT use FDC. They are the WORST company. I'm LOSING MONEY because of these people and will press charges against them, DO NOT use them. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Company.

John ( bob@g... ) | Very quick support... Usually respond within 1-5 minutes. I think most people are confused because they don't realize these servers are unmanaged. This means they will not fix your websites. They will fix your server hardware/OS, just not any configuration that should be done on your end. Good price and fast support.
