Unreliable. Poor customer service (which is the norm in Spain and quite usual); actually poor is an understatement as this year, they failed to renew my domain. 54 out of 59 users found this review to be helpful! Slow connections with the US (20k/s) and recurrent ftp problems on the windows hosting. Email is simply useless thanks to the spam policy (or that's the reason they argue).
