KPDURBS ( zimbo76@a... ) | This company is without question the worst host in the world let alone africa. They have a 99.9% uptime guaruntee however the site has been down numerous times and when you ask about the 99.9% you get no repsonse. We lost a significant amount of money on our ecommerce site because of the site being down several times. I am glad to say we are moving to webafrica. We will pay more but get better service and an actual uptime of 99.9%.

I submitted a request to terminate my account and for them to refund me my money as I am still within the 30day money back guarantee. Their supposed 24/7 online support never works. They take at least 2-3 days to respond to emails and tickets, if you're lucky. I am still awaiting my refund and for someone from their mystical accounts department to contact me. grant ( -no email- ) | THIS SO-CALLED COMPANY IS RUBBISH.
For the first couple of month's I received Ok service from hostcow until about a month ago. There are continues errors on my site, pages not loading, gateway errors, forbidden access and and THE LIST GOES ON...When reporting the errors, it takes days for Jacques to get back to your mails. Dear Grant,
We indeed experience difficulty with the nginx plugin once it became a problem we removed it from all our servers. We hosting +/-7500+ Domains and manage our own dedicated servers. I personally gave you a call and discussed the issue with you directly and mentioned to you that we busy optimizing apache for better performance - nginx replace the apache port and caused the 502's as your post mentioned.
