September 28, 2010 jessica herde ( jessica@s... ) | i have had no problems with them until this year - i've been with them for quite a while now - a few years... there has been a ridiculous amount of downtime recently and they don't compensate you for it. i mean, sites are down at least 5 times a week - even if for a brief time, that's unacceptable. i understand there is some downtime, but it's too frequent to be okay... get your act together hostmonster!

August 17, 2010 U Asar ( asarone@g... ) | its my 4th year with Hostmonster, and I am satisfied enough so far to return back to them for another 3 year renewal. customer support is awesome, downtime so far I experienced is very decent, CPanel is good, with less or no ads that I experienced, script installer is as well very good with uptodate scripts and loads. so far havent exeprienced any problems that could make me look for another hosts. Looking forward to stay with hostmonster for as long as I get the same services.

I purchased the annual plan and when it came up for renewal, my credit card expired during that year and I have over 2500 domains and did not received any notification that the card on file had expired. December 4, 2007 Tuba ( hanil405@y... ) | I read a lot of reviews here but you MISS ONE IMPORTANT THING about Hostmonster: CPU USAGE LIMITS Lot of positive things but my site has 20 queries and so that my site is down with only few hundred visitors per day as Hostmonster has a CPU limit and my visitors keep getting "This Account Has Exceeded Its CPU Quota" so be aware of that next to the nice things.

But you won't believe that they said the traffic was too high and suspended my account! Can you imagine what happened once my site became alive if I stayed with them? Their promise is just lips service, nothing is true! If you can get 5 GB/month traffic, you are lucky! Don't even ask about how many GB disk space, far far away below that promise numbers. So trust me, those numbers just ads!

First off, there cpanel sucked! BUT! They just updated it yesterday, and now it looks ssssssssssssssssoooooooooooooooo much better.
About there customers support.
I've been reading some pretty bad reviews on this, and they were all dated back in 2006. Never had I have a support ticket waited 10 days or longer. (But lately, probably because of something, I had that happen to 2 of my support tickets, maybe something just [...]

Price cost is extremely attractive (or so you think). Support is definitely excellent. At the very least, a published support line and on-line chat that I've never had to wait for over 5 times on about 10 support calls/requests I've made.
