kevin g ( skillednerd@g... ) | I would think twice about this host. I canceled right away as their support sucked. So they refunded my money. Next month I am not their client any more and they billed me anyway. So I asked for a refund. They answered one email and said checking into. No response ever again. And No Refund Ever Came!

Bob ( bobwilley@b... ) | They are allowing SPAMMERs on their server. I am constantly getting BLOCKED E-mails and having to send in requests to get e-mail unblocked, due to Blacklists..
This is absolutely ridiculous.
Very poor service.

Tickets get submittetd and their autoresponder has a disconnected phone number. Their voicemail is full. I have had it.

First off, they have oversold their server farm, causing frequent slowing of their servers, sometimes even having them locking up and going down. I have hooked up with a server monitoring service and confirmed that my server is dropping connections 12 times daily.
Then, they claim to have IM service, which is a joke because either they never are logged on, or if they are, they ignore you.

Chris ( info@g... ) | Bait and switch. THIS COUPON WILL NOT GET HONORED!!! After pointing it out to them, they said the info on 'their' site ONLY will get honored, and if it contradicts the coupon they posted... too bad.
Their webpage states "Host UNLIMITED websites/domains on your
