I REGISTERED DOMAIN NAME FOR ONE OF OUR CLIENTS AND ALONG WITH HOSTING CHARGED.RS.3549/-. THEY HAVE NOT ACTIVATED DOMAIN. THE DOMAIN NAME SHOWS STILL AS AVAILABLE. NO REPLY FROM websupport@indiatimes.co.in . 20 mails would have been sent.
called up local people/ bangalore. Not ready to help. They are cheating the public. pls dont host on indiatimes.

AVINASH RANKA ( avinash.ranka@g... ) | We renewed our domain name with indiatimes for 5 years from Nov-2009 till Nov-2014. All was ok for one year till Nov-2010. then our domainname stopped working. We are not able to contact indiatimes since the only one no. is always busy. No replies come forth to the numerous mails that we have sent to indiatimes websupport id. We are fed up and feel we are cheated sicne they have taken money for five year subscription and now are not giving the service. The support service is non-existent. [...]

I would like everyone to know that IndiaTimes Webhosting support is very poor. I registered my domain and took webhosting service from indiatimes.
I got a mail from web hosting team that I have put wrong doman server during activation, but i was not able to change the domain server name from control panel.
TI called their the customer are : Delhi NCR - 0124- 4187200, 4187000 but nobody picked the phone after trying for 3-4 day,

I had problems with e-mail services. so i called
Their telephone no : Delhi NCR - 0124- 4187200, 4187000.
A lady answer my call. I explained her everything. then she asked for my domain CP username and password.

Even after several months of enquiries and endless emails and phone calls, Indiatimes Hosting (hosting.indiatimes.com) has not been able to resolve the issues with its web servers. A part of the chain of correspondence has been attached for reference.
