Ever ( bedoyaever@h... ) | I bought hosting with them because they are the cheapest, but 2 months ago mu web was frequently down for more than 3 weeks. Th same is happening now, my web is down ant they give no reason, their support system doesn't work.

PJ Darji ( pjd_007@h... ) | I have 2 websites with internetturnpike. I have been making some modifications and both my sites are down for over 5 days now.
I have sent off 5 emails to customer support. Called the 888 number 3 times , left voice mail each time.
I'm starting to think they have gone under and are just ignoring the current customers.
I'm going to see if I call my credit card company to get my money back ...this is ridiculous.
Do not host with internetturnpike !

steven ( steven@h... ) | It has gone from bad to worse.Even from the first few day of web host with them,i do not even get one of my urgent problem attended by them.Their so called 24/7 is always not available.I have confirmed going to transfer my host to other after it expire.THANK GOD.If you read this message,pls be cautious.
I am soooooooo frustrated with their so called level of commitment towards their client
I really regret on my 2 nd day i web host with them !!!

Beth ( bootie_blu@h... ) | All 4 of my websites have been down for over a week. When calling the "Help-Desk".. I'm only told "Sorry, we will open a ticket."
I can't even get to my sites, of get Tech Support on the phone to transfer my domains to another host!
Internet Turnpike has cost me more $$$ in the last 10 days than I have paid in 6 months!
Outages cost everyone $$$$.
Bad Customer Service Centers cost YOU customers!
