[provided by paid service from Alexa Web Information Service]"I've been hosted with Into since 2008 and so far the host hasn't given me any down time except for once where I was the ONLY one who couldn't access my own site due to my internet. However, I didn't know that it had to do with my internet connection so I asked one of the staff on IntoHost and they helped and eventually withing a few days I could access my site :)
There deals and uptime is really good and very cheap especially for those who can't afford big bucks webhosting companies.
Although there response for help won't be instant it'll take 2 days minimum to respond on holidays, due to their small staff, but I can see it growing and soon maybe even 24/7 :)"
