1° Customer Relation by mail:
I'm not able to know if the mail is received/treated.
Even if I send many mails, I received no answer.
Improvement of answering emails is necessary
2° Customer Relation by phone:
Two year ago, it was difficult to reach someone.
Today, it's easy to reach someone.
I always receive with quick help and solution.
There is an improvement here !

Bram Van Rompaey ( bram.varo@t... ) | All is exellent until you run into problems. Then you can not reach anybody. They don't respond to mails nor phonecalls. What they offer for the price they ask seems a really nice deal. But from the moment you need support you know why it all cost's so little.

Bart Nijs ( telenettech@y... ) | I get no response at all to my email. They never answer the phone.
I wanted to move my website to their servers, but apparentely nobody's ever available.

No idea if this customer could reach us.
2007-2008 where real bad years for Ithagi and everyone who supported us, we are glad that we did turn the tide in time. We made sure that the ghosts of the past never come back. Sinds 2009 U can contact the owner of Ithagi by phone and we will keep it this way.
If it can be done we will take care of it.
