Richard Ward ( rickward@m... ) | I moved four of six domains that were being hosted by this company to a competitor in mid-2011. The next time one of the moved domains came up for renew, thy auto charged my credit card. Called them in mid-January of 2012 and told them what they had done and told them which domains we had moved to the competitor and asked them to please only charge for the two remaining domains going forward. Randy Dinwiddie ( addadeal@h... ) | Have been with Nextmill for 8+ years. Service support is ok if you stay on top of them. Not a very friendly technical support team. Brad in sales has always done what he said he would do for our company. He is the only reason the rating was raised to a 7, if he were gone it would have driopped to a 4-5 and our sites would be moved. Like right now... the entire server is down at 12:31 Jan 30 2010. No notice that they were taking the server down even to their website.

AByteC Web Solutions ( info@a... ) | I have hosted with Nextmill for 10 years. They give fantastic support. I can count on them to answer the phone within moments. They are on top of any issue. They continually update/upgrade their servers. Top notch server performance. Top notch support. I have inherited sites hosted with other providers and they never compare. I host all my sites with Nextmill.

John ( -no email- ) | They were the best for tech support until they let a great techie get away. Now, they have poor tech support and I have been moving away from them. They have gone from one of the very best around to average or below average.
