Aside from the absurdly slow loading times for any site I tried to host with this service, for some reason their servers had catastrophic problems with browser compatibility. The sites would load different on each browser. For instance, in Firefox I would be able to load any changes I made immediately. Graig Karl ( graigkarl@n... ) | there is no forum to helps users with set up and they do not have anyway to reach customer servce except via email. which you recieve NO, i mean 0, nadda, no response on. Great PRICE but not when you dont get great service. If nexx where a phone service it definitely would no be called Verizon.

Kare Safez ( ksafez@y... ) | I have been with Nexx for one week, and have had an absolutely horrible experience.
Customer support is virtually non-existent.
My two hosted domains have been inoperative twice in the past week. So, you cannot rely on Nexx to have your website available to the public.
I am so frustrated with them right now. I am regretting my decision to go with them.

Larson's Ski & Sport ( karen@l... ) | For web hosting, nexx has been fine. However, in the last year we have had problems receiving e-mail every two months or so. Sometimes we don't receive email at all for one to four days, for an entire month we received email 10 to 14 after it was sent. When we contact them for tech support we receive absolutely no help.
