July 19, 2008 Ginger Ovnicek ( -no email- ) | I have had my web domain for four years. I use it every day, and host a tons of daily changed info on it. I lapsed three days in paying my bill since we were out of town and they completely shut it down. My mistake--I paid it as soon as we were home--and they have left it down for over two weeks. Not a single person will respond to my questions as to when it will be back up or if they need anything from me. Very unprofessional, and no customer support whatsoever.

March 2, 2008 John Lindser ( -no email- ) | Too bad I looked for reviews after my problems started with pagesgarden. It seems that I'm not the only one having trouble with them. Five days ago I have submitted a ticket to cancel my account, sine then I have not received any response. Today I got billed by 2checkout for 60 $. I have issued a complaint to their management. I'm also trying to get in touch with Public Domain Registry as stated by the poster below me. Once this is resolved I will post a comment about it.

February 23, 2008 Mike ( -no email- ) | Pages Garden took my money but didn't renew my URL. I am in the process of transfering everything away from them. I found out through internet search that Pages Garden is a reseller of Public Domain Registry. I was able to submit a trouble ticket with them and they were super helpful! They say that Pages Garden is out of business!!! Hopefully they will post a notice on their site and quit taking people's money. I'm only out $9, but the other reviewer here is out much more.
