Great hosting plans, I do not have excellent knowledge of coding, so would have to pay alot of money to create a website for our fishing club. However with RV Site Builder which comes with the hosting plans, I am able to create a fantastic website.
I have had only 2 big issues - one was that I couldn't add multiple image folders, this took quite some time to resolve but pickaweb kept at it and eventually sorted it out.

The price is good, the RV sitebuilder is fairly easy to use for your average half decent computer user, but the service and support I have found exceptional.

WE still have a problem with Paypaland electronic payment because for security, our bank and paypal have set a US$ 60 limit on payments. We would like to know if it is not possible for clients to make payment by bank transfert for new services.

Honestly I have never had a major server issue;only a minor one which I caused myself, Pickaweb were very quick to resolve the issue.
I would recommend Pickaweb to my clients and friend/family!

Switched to a PHP/MySQL site with the same package and started to get outages on the server. Traffic load balancing was altered to rectify this, but site is now very slow when there's just a couple of users on it. db ( db@j... ) | I cannot advise enough NOT to use pickaweb they are American and don't ever have a supervisor to help with your problem. You ring and the person you ring can't help you the only way is pickaweb live chat where they are obviously chatting to 10 others at the same time so it takes 3 hours to then be disappointed.
We have never ever been able to log on to pickaweb without having pickaweb alter our log in details.
Totally not acceptable and no support (willing to provide more inf)

There was problem after problem.
1) My domain was updated within just hours and the website was showing fine, every few hours for several days it kept switching back to my parked domain name page. The DNS updated as i done a DNS lookup online and there was definately an issue with pick a web not the dns.

Andrew Jury ( andy@n... ) | I have been with this crowd almost since it started. They have been pretty good up 'til now. However, as from last week I have had all of my multiple sites hacked. One twice and after a password change initiated by them! Some of my clients are in the legal profession so I have no option but to transfer out to other providers. Sorry guys! I take security very seriously, but I suspect they do not.

Geoff ( geoff.mayo@s... ) | Recently site was hacked for a 3rd time in as many years. Despite them denying it, reports elsewhere show that they suffered a major attack. Two days later and my website has been rolled back TWO MONTHS which I guess is when they last did a backup. They say their servers are based in the UK but a simple tracert query shows a Chicago data centre.
They promise an uptime of 99.9% but my logs show that currently it's 99.4% this year, and that's only the times I've checked, and doesn't include [...]
