If you never have a problem and have no need to contact them, then they could be considered OK. However, as soon as there is an issue with your service, they show their true colours.
Their support is truly useless, 24 hours plus for a first response to a server down issue. One of my servers with them was down for 3 days and it turned out that the network cable was dislodged - THREE DAYS!!!!

One day I've found that PayPal transfered my money to Santrex account for bogus services without my knowledge and permission. It looks exactly as conspiracy between PayPal and Santrex. PayPal is covering such transaction and do not want to provide any documentation about investigation steps.

They keep moving support tickets all over the departments, ending up the work hours are finished and you are left with no support..Next day - same story.
When you go hard with them they respond very quickly, but if you want to cooperate with them at friendly level they ignore you totally.

The server went down to to security issues and it took a month to get it back up. Anytime you contact technical support expect to wait at least a day for a response and when you get the response don't expect it to help your problem in anyway.

Filed a complaint through PayPal, and once I did, my Santrex account was immediately closed without any notice. This must probably be the least serious business relationship I've ever had, and this is definately the worst web hosting "company" on the market.

The support is terrible, when i report my website is down they reply this 5 hrs later to the report : “The service is ok from here”.

One of the level 3 techs went to setup RAID0 and crippled the box by not completing the setup

Alex Griffis ( lepriconllc@g... ) | Purchased a UK VPS from them for 3 months, 2 out of the 3 months was downtime, litterally.
They added time to the VPS so I could have it longer but still experienced downtime, got promised that it would be fixed every time I made a ticket ( 11 in total ) 7 of the times they told me there were troublemakers on the node, on the 8th ticket they told me that it was hardware problems, after hardware problems were fixed according to them, VPS was down once again within 24 hours.

Proxy server incident:
They’ve send me login information 1 24H. But every time I’ve tried to use the account the server gave me a login/password error. After countless e-mails to the costumer service; they’ve send me a message after a week(quoting):
“It does work here, how are you using it? please try username ********”
which was totally a different than the one they’ve sended to me. No apologies, [...]

Former Customer ( none@n... ) | This could possibly the worst hosting experience I have ever had. They provided horrible service. Response times took days, Server was down more then 3-4 times a month, the other times it was slow and most protocols don't work. They don't honor their terms, and we have been overbilled twice. Getting them refund has been a headache. Stay away from these people.

Andrew Ribbs ( tuningspeed@h... ) | For sure, you wont find better prices than santrex. Low cost, good service and plenty of features.
The weakest point of santrex is their relationship with clients and support. Although they are improving this feature, i feel that is not enough. All support tickets are answered as " please wait kindly, we are working to solve your problem ". Sometimes takes hours and hours of wainting before they reply, but after they read your ticket they start working.
