Jonathan ( jonathan@a... ) | An absolute shambles. Aside from the constant niggling issues with the actual hosting. I have had constant issues even logging into my account area, with two separate accounts. After three weeks of dialog from a support person who quite frankly didn't seem interested and was convinced the issue was that I couldn't type in a username and password correctly, it was fixed. I've closed one of my accounts but had to keep the other open until I finished a project, and now I finally cancel my account [...]

They simply do not answer a phone on an ordinary business day. I rang these guys days on end.
They are excellent creating a circular reference site where you need details to log tickets yet you cannot ring them to ask for this detail.
An excellent company by comparison, hostgator.com, domainmonster.com, godaddy.com.
If you want to be tempted to sin, go ahead, they will provoke you to sin.
