February 24, 2011 Jason Jones ( jasonjones87222@g... ) | ServerPro has been pretty good to me over the years. Whenever I have problems they are quick to help. Usually problems get fixed in a matter of minutes.
For instance last time I had a Joomla component issue that I could not solve. My previous host would have just told me "well it's a third-party application, so we don't support it". However, Serverpro was actually very helpful and knew Joomla pretty well. They went in and turned on a plugin that was off, and everything was up and running [...]

May 16, 2009 jerry ( eemail@g... ) | 1; allowed my domain renewal to laps, (paid for this feature) resulting in 2 days being down. 2: no chat response. 3: now weekend support 4: tickets ignored for days on end. even mid week. 5: no phone !
outages. of Apache mail server dead. constantly poor service. the first 4 years were great. after that 2 years ago , it continues down hill.
over 1 week to transfer my domain because , again, no support.
id didnt ask for a refund so , they are just stealing my money now.
