Rob ( rob@m... ) | had to move from a nightmare magento install from one of the big hosts.
Used the simple cloud for our large mag store. Even had a tour of their datacentre. very impressed.
Even get magento support at weekends unlike some

JonL ( jon@i... ) | Saw some of the negative posts and had to write a review, customer response times unbelievable even answering tickets within 2 hours on a Sunday night!
C Panel is nice and not spammy which you can sometimes find with other hosting companies.
Use a few different hosting companies but am in the process of moving all of our hosting to Simple Servers - would defo reccomend!

-anonymous- ( -no email- ) | got a dedicated server with simple, very fast and customer support is better than most! only issue was with initial magento config but this was fixed in a couple of hours.

-anonymous- ( -no email- ) | The last review has worried me as i have been with Simple for just over 2 months. I decided to test out a few of the bad comments by sending support tickets and calling the help desk. I was most impressed with the out come from both, the call was answered in the first cple of rings and an answer to my support ticket came through in approx 2 hrs.
so far i am happy with my experience with Simple Servers

Karl ( karl.fightmusic@g... ) | Appalling, no support, couldn't get through to anyone, search for the owner of the site's name on Google and found a bankruptcy notice along with other disturbing info.
They are still trying it on sending us invoices even though we closed the account months ago...

Very very inaccurate.
We are not nor at any time have been bankrupt. ( please check simpleservers ltd)

Richard Ellsmore ( richells99@y... ) | I have recently had a bad experience with the service provider I was with and have changed over to Simple Servers. The service I received from them was absolutely brilliant. Everything was sorted out overnight. I needed some support with my magento site and they were very quick to respond.
I am really impressed, which does not happen very often nowadays. I have been in the same business for over 25 years and its very hard to find reliable and good service nowadays.

cj ( info@g... ) | We have existing site hosted elsewhere, was looking to move to a Magento specialist. Almost 1 week on, we do not have a functioning server, we were asked to modify DNS in order to make the server work...the DNS change would not resolve to an IP address...the DNS details provided by Simple Servers seem not to work. Have phoned the published number on the website - always encouraging..."you are at Q position 1"...and then an answer phone. Have left vice mail messages and used the ticket [...]

peter kirkham ( perterk1967@y... ) | Host 3 magento sites for us. Cannot fault them in any way. Had problems with our database (our fault). Simple fixed it same day.
We were with 2 other hosts for magento and none were as quick as simple.
Installed Magento on day of order also.
Very happy so far!

The service is good, the team are always on hand to sort out any problems we have had.
They built and hosted an x-cart site for us. Their x-cart knowledge was first class.
Only felt we had to post a review as the only review on this site did not match our time spent with simple servers.
We have also had out xcart site upgraded many times over the years, with no problems at all.

A.Smallwood ( tony@c... ) | Host with these people at your peril.
As a new customer( I paid for 12 months hosting up front)they will fall over backwards.
Request a simple task to be done - such as - switch on notifications from Cpanel- and your in real trouble.They could not do it.
If you want an Xcart upgrade - This is well beyond their capabilities( and you have to pay them for this)
So much so after two months of complete frustration I have moved ISP's
