Technical support shoould concentrate on exactly that instead of sales. Some technical support reps I find are more focussed on doing as little as possible or nothing at all.

Paul Anderson ( paul@i... ) | The reason I am transferring all my domains to Superb and the reason I use Superb for my hosting is because of the customer service. It has always been prompt, and courteous. Please do not let anyone change that. PacNames was TotalNIC once and they too were good a customer service. When PacNames bought them the customer service went down like a torpedoed submarine.
