Swisscom takes over majority stake in Debitel, a German mobile telecommunications provider.
In the coming years, Swisscom will invest billions of Swiss francs in the Swiss Telekom and IT infrastructure. This will include the expansion of both the optical fibre networks and mobile broadband, as well as the construction of the All-IP infrastructure.
