The hosting plans are really cheap and you are paying 15$ a year for something that would cost 30$ with other hosting companies.

"We are currently having to re-image the server due to a failed hard drive.
The new drive is in and the OS is being installed now."
I got clients wanting to see my work and such and losing money! They dont even have a phone number to call!!!! I cant even log in the member area!!!

The features are clean and organized, editing is sooooo easy to access. I spent maybe a 1/2 hour setting up my account for tooniehosting.ca. The price is unbelievable, $26 yearly is my cup of tea. Bottom line, give them a chance, you will be impressed.

Steph ( sh@s... ) | I run shoppe.ca using tooniehosting, and I heartily approve of this host. I have inadvertently been a pain in their butt since I started my account up but they have uncomplainingly helped me out every step of the way. Their trouble ticket system is simple and efficient. Their prices are awesome. Control Panel speed is surprisingly good. There is good access to my raw error logs.
I've been doing this stuff for a long time and these guys are the best I've ever encountered.

The hosting is incredibly cheap. I used both Loonie hosting - $12/year and cPanel hosting $24/year. I suggest taking cPanel for $48/year with 10 additional domains you can host on the same account - that comes to $4/year per domain.
The latter (cPanel) gives you a *much* better server response and has newer software (PHP and friends). cPanel plans also have some 40+ software suites each installable [...]

Been with them for about 6 months now and they are great. Had problems with moving my site but they helped get all my database coding corrected, moved the database for me, and got everything working correctly within 15 minutes!
Was with Hostgator before and they where terrible. Since switching to tooniehosting, I've been more then happy.

Laurie ( laurie.highwood@g... ) | I am a new customer, after accidentally letting my web hosting lapse on another site, I needed to get up and running fast as this was a not for profit site and their event was coming up soon! I purchased the CPanel Hosting Plan.
Within an hour I had purchased the space, loaded my site, changed the DNS info with my domain registrar and everything was back up and running! And at a fraction of the cost of my old hosting package!
So far, I'm impressed!

Chose basic toonie package with a admin panel only to realize that what I really wanted was the mini hosting package that had the cpanel. Contacted them using the ticket method and got a reply back in less then a half hour. Long story short they let me switch my host package with out question (mind you it was only 2 days in)

If you had used the proper channels, the issue could have been resolved in a quicker manner.

Further they state they ON THEIR HOMEPAGE they won't advertise with your domain, however they most certainly do. Any sub domain that is not yet configured, responds with a very negative custom message & loads of Google [...]

I have been with hostgator, justhost, and several others but was not happy with the very slow support (up to 1-3 days to get a response) but with toonie hosting, they get back to be fast.
From a stupid question to a real coding issue, they have worked with me to get the issue resolved.

We have tried to make the signup process as easy as we can.
Even on the signup page where you enter the desired domain name, we state:
"Please be advised that we do not register nor include a free domain with your hosting plan"

Robert Tuttle ( badb0iie@g... ) | Iv beem with this company for a little over a year,,,they have been great helping me whenever I have needed them..This past week i really messed up me website to the point it was going to probly going to have to start new ,,and we truly did not want to do this, 3000 members Plus....and a year of forum posts. Well anyways the admin here helped me out and they got everything back up and running for me and explained what I did wrong and how to go about things the right way....

Kate Ruthwood ( -no email- ) | I have had my kitchen store with tooniehosting now for about 8 months. I decided I wanted to wait to see what quality of support I received from then before posting a review of them.
Well I must say they are one in a million. I've been with other hosting providers (even ones listed on this site as being rated quite high) and I know now that I can not get support anywhere else as good as toonie hosting.
Their plans are great, not rich in tons of useless features, just good hosting.

I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to moving my website from my old hosting provider but when I asked them if they could help me, they took the bull by the horns and moved the whole site for me without asking! Glen Rendall ( Grendall@t... ) | I switched hosting providers about a month ago to tooniehosting.ca from servage.net.
What I have found is that their is real customer support with tooniehosting. With servage, they do not care about their customers and would take 24-48 hours to get any help when needed and even that was more like I they don't give a shit.

Dustin Knudsen ( publicrelations@o... ) | Very very quick and responsive technical support. When they say 24/7 they mean ALL night and day. I run a website (www.oilfieldclassifieds.net) where my customers can't tolerate down time. When the OTHER hosting company's servers crashed, I lost everything.After the incident, I switched to tooniehosting.ca. With the help from technical support, I was up and running that night. I'm very impressed with this company, they will do anything to help you. Thanks again!

Webmaster ( capone1962@t... ) | I've been with tooniehosting now for about 6 months. I wanted to wait to write a review to see what kind of service I got from them first.
Well I can't say anything bad with them. All I can say is good stuff. They are great. Fast at customer service, website is never down, and their price can't be beat!
