While not cheap, Your Name Here has the best support I've encountered with hosting companies. Their support team is knowledgeable and friendly, and when they have problems (rarely!) they don't try to cover up but tell you things as they are which I appreciate. Whenever a customer of mine wants a recommendation I recommend Your Name Here simply because as a web developer I don't want to have to deal with hosting problems and I know that with Your Name Here I won't have to.
