Derran Guinan ( derran.guinan@g... ) | Good Service until I had to renew. No button to renew. I emailed over four times with no response and they cut me off. Suspend my account. Emailed four more times, nothing. Finally got someone (Franny or Fanny) on the chat, said they fixed it and my site would be back up again in 4 hours. Five days later nothing still. Support is non exsistent. You get a bog standard automatic response and then wait and waity and wait..... I currently have four issues oustanding from over the last four months and no hope of getting them resolved. The response time for the sites are getting slower and slower and I can no longer access stats.
Cutting my losses and signed up with a new host today despite still having time to run on my agreement but I have had enough of this shocking [...]

Moose ( moose1245@y... ) | Have been with YS for 6months. Terrible downtime has been experienced with my site - as long as 5 days in one stretch! They will not tell me what was wrong. Customer support don't know enough to ever help/explain issues. Site has been broken three times in this 6 months, and it apparently takes a week to organise someone qualified to fix. KM ( kristy.mccoy@g... ) | The first sign of trouble was when I called their 800 number and the woman told me yourserving has not been a client of theirs in months. So they have no phone support. I emailed them. They did get back to me right away, but wait keep reading. I had a problem transferring my files. I looked all over for directions and read what I could find. I was using front page so I read those directions.
