Just found your form. I must say that my company is hosting several large WebDNA sites on a SUN Microsystems servers at Zarcrom. The sites have been fast and rock solid for years. Customer service is generally instantaneous. A little bit pricey compared to other hosting providers, but considering the fact we have top hardware and that we avoid the hassle of dedicated servers administration, i will say it is worth it. - Peter  No official account on Twitter yet! Ken ( adgs@u... ) | Found this comment casually, but wanted to react; I totally disagree with this "review": we host a a popular cultural website with hundreds of large videos and never ever had any problem with this provider: we work with Zarcrom since July 1997, much before Google existed: http://www.ubu.com/
Zarcrom is not the cheapest company, but you get what you pay for.

Trying to recover my money from Zarcom I realize Zarcrom and webDNA are both companies run by the same President Christophe Billiottet and they are "located" at the same fake address

It seems this argentinean gentleman, Patricio Masotta, is doing nothing more than company bashing without signing with his name but naming me, this is why i will take the time to reply. Having a lot of attitude problems on a forum we host for years, Patricio Masotta decided 3 years ago to leave his community and create his own forum, requesting a high discount due to financial problems -we accepted- and a lot of support because he didn't have any clue how to install the choosen application. Patrick ( masottaus@y... ) | French company, incongruent security policies, very strict on some aspects but they provide FTP access for uploading your site.
Amazingly they use SSL/TLS FTP software but with the SSL/TLS capabilities not set., if you ask for them they do not know how to do it.
I needed to download a 100 Mb file from my site, it took more than 1 week for them to solve the problem; they never could.
They started blaming “my connection” for the problem, when I submitted the trace routes with steady delays [...]
