Benji ( benji.moore@l... ) | Quite unreliable hosting, server goes down regularly. I lost my account password and it took me 10 days to get a replacement password sent to me. This is NOT acceptable, yes it was my fault for losing it, but no password recovery should take that long! I lost so much money. Internal support is adequate, you will get a response within 10 minutes to 2-3 hours depending on the time of day, but overall quite speedy and usually very polite.
