Abhinav ( abhinav11@y... ) | Looking at reviews and negative remarks of Znet, actually gives me a feeling that their competitors are now using gimmicks to counter them. I have been linked to them for high end requirements and have found to be par beyond expectations. There might be some cases where people are not satisfied and it happens with all. But some of reviews show the errors or technical slags at user end.

Niraj Kumar ( nirajkvinit@y... ) | I wonder who would do such a thing as deleting all the index pages(such as index.html/index.php) while not touching any other file of the websites. I am a security conscious and always use more than 12 characters(mixed) length password, never reveal these to anyone. Haven't given the control to anyone. I gave FTP access of a website to a colleague of mine, but that had limited access only to a particular folder and not the root folder.

I have purchase a Windows Reseller. There control panel is always open to redirected with their domain name. And that domain who is record is their own name.
It is not appropreat for a reseller.
I had compalined.
I have cancel my service. But they have not back my money.

I raised an EMERGENCY ticket and telephoned them, they said it takes 7 hours to reply to a ticket. They certainly need to brainstorm what an 'emergency' ticket on a commercial website is.
They don't know what they're speaking and they'll blame you to look after the site. Their staff have NO CLUE what they're talking. [...]

Now i have 2 dedicated servers & 18 shared hosted domain & i must say that the support & backup which i got is awesome. They have sound technical engineer a well as their new policy are too good. Tarun Chaudhry ( teacii@y... ) | I HAD been with Znet India as my host for over 6 years.... That is correct... 6 years. They were very small company when I started out with them. I guess knowing the CEO helped me sort things.
NOW they seem to be too big to listen to any customers. I lost a lot of money due to poor to non-existent support. I have 4 websites hosted with them. It starts as follows:
1. Any ticket is not attended to until 4 or 5hrs.
2. After 4 to 5 hrs. a message says they are looking into it. Which can mean [...]

Abhishek ( -no email- ) | Horrible service from Znet I wish we could sue them.
I have been dealing with them for almost a year now and have finally moved the business. They have terrible customer support and people need to know about it. It took me 3 weeks to get a EPP code for transferring off them. I eventually had to go to their domain supplier to complain and got the information off of them.
Worst company in india Znetindia

Rahul Singh ( rahul32@g... ) | I had 4 domains hosted and registered with znetindia.com. I am facing lots of problem in FTP from last 6 days and nobody replied me. I talked with Praveen, Anupama and also tech senior. But these guys are not able to solve this problem. Finally i am moving my hosting on another hosting provider.
His own site down every day 1-2 hours. So, we can not submit ticket every time.

If you want anything more than that e.g. .PHP, SQL, SMPT, authorization, database, CSS, CMS, etc., and then these guys don't know what they are doing. They are totally stupid and foolish in PHP, SQL, SMPT, authorization, database, CSS, CMS. My site hosting with them from +15 months And I'm using PHP, SQL from 6 months and it didn't work right for a single day.
