The sales person said that would not be a problem and explained to me the promotion on their website of $1 for the first month of service if I order a windows VPS. I even had trouble with the server where my account was installed, it had a hard drive with serious badblocks for almost a week!5 times suspended my account saying I had used up system resources permitted. We constantly receive email alerts from our server. We sent the errors to tech supports and they usually tell us that they have been fixed. But we would receive the same errors again a few days later. About 2 weeks ago, our server negan to run very slowly and sometimes not responding. Eventually, we were unable to access our WHM and control panel. After numerous submitted support tickets, live chats and support phone calls, they were unable to solve the problems.
