They have a 99.9% uptime guaruntee however the site has been down numerous times and when you ask about the 99.9% you get no repsonse. We lost a significant amount of money on our ecommerce site because of the site being down several times. I am glad to say we are moving to webafrica. We will pay more but get better service and an actual uptime of 99.9%. HOSTCOW. you can't give 99.9% uptime if you don't have redundancy protocols in place! I think this company is run out of an apartment somewhere in the karoo.
