WebHostingTop » Providers » 000domains.com Review » User Reviews » Rating #506 000domains.com got a negative review from Ian ( lists@d... ) on Jul 19, 2006. 000domains.com is not yet in top 10 or one of best rated brands on web-hosting-top.com
This company used to be excellent but has recently gone _severely_ downhill. I resold domains through them, but they started sending emails directly to my clients trying to trick them into renewing domains straight through them and months in advance. If you plan to resell, know that 000Domains will send billing emails to both the Owner AND Billing contact.
Also I am no longer able to edit any of the settings on the domains that I created for my clients in the control panel. I have to call 000Domains, wait for an operator, and tell them what I want to change. Then they have to write an email to my client approving the change so I have to email the client stating why they will be receiving a random email from 000Domains and what to do.
When I transfer a domain away from 000Domains, they pretend like they still own it - the renewal emails do not cease and the domain is not removed from my control panel (until I call).
Thunderbird marks all of 000Domain's messages as Scams and rightly so.
