Shady business practices.

000domains stole a domain of mine, holding it hostage for a number of years while hosting ads on it. The domain had been close to its expiry date, and 000domains blocked me from renewing it. It was still in my name, but I did not have access to it in my account. This continued for years (they wanted me to pay some ransom to get it back, but I didn't as I wasn't that desperate for it back).

They also have tried to block transferring other of my domains to another registrar. In once instance, they generated a new EPP code for a domain immediately after receiving the transfer request, and thus the transfer failed due to incorrect EPP code.
