I don't understand all the terrible reviews of 000... but I guess it's all the people with the bad experiences that write reviews. After doing other free webhosts and suffering for years with terrible services I switched to 000 and so far, over a year later, I'm still with them.
They have the occasional downtime, but otherwise my site is always up, and I had an external server checking uptime for 3 months which got 99.64% on one server and 99.92% on the other. Very good for free hosting. My website loads quickly almost every time and I can put my own ads on it.
I've contacted support a few times where they've been moderately helpful and most things have been resolved in under 48 hours. Not bad, but could be better. Mostly the people on their forums are the helpful ones.
Feature wise it's good, but the auto script installer is still broken. I don't need that though. Just installed a photo blog by myself...
Looking forward to hosting for time to come with them. :)
