These people created a web site, we then asked them to created some XML ordering and e-commerce work, and they did not have a clue, would not read the PDF's and left what we had non-working. We paid for the web site work but as they did not do the stuff correctly for the ordering scripts we told them to forget it as they don't know what they are doing with dev work, so now they are taking us to court claiming they have completed all the work to specs. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR MONEY!
we completed the project and tests proved it working, however on the very last point of the project he claimed that a section called "line speed" was not what we should use to display line speed, we should have used "products".
At no point prior to this was it mentioned by him or in any PDF. We won our court case and he paid for the site and for the costs as we had proof the site worked by setting up accounts on there using the very system he said was broken.
