The guy we used to speak to at 123 answered the phone promptly but used to speak in riddles - we didn't get anywhere with his and lost one client due to the bad services we had on the clients email account- the client bought a spam filter that didn't work and Jeff basically said thats too bad
this was an amateur web designer who had very little knowledge, we helped all we could many times. We provided hosting services from 2007 to 2009 (so we weren't that bad) and from our records they never ordered spam filtering (or we never charged for it).
