I've been hosted with 130th Network for ~8 months now, and their service is nothing but a pure pleasure. I have to admit their prices aren't the lowest on the market, but the service you get is always great - you get what you pay for.
I'm subscribed on Community package, and so far my site was never down nor had any issues.
Thanks guys for being my current host!
Joshua.

Everything was OK until the need for customer/technical support arrived. There was absolutely no support. I could get anyone from 130th to tend to my problem. When all of my alternatives to contact them were exhausted I decided to cancel the account. An then I had to report them to my credit card customer support in order to cancel the account. They would not answer my request to cancel. By the way, my credit card customer support department excelled in every way.

this is most likely the biggest mistake I made, their server is constantly hacked and spamed, as a result I miss a lot email simply because their server gets listed as spam server and they are not willing to pay $50 for straightening things up (this is he only message I ever got from them). Otherwise I am trying to move to another provider but they are not responding to my request to move my name to another DNS!!!, they are effectively holding my web name hostage and there is nothing I can [...]

130th.net is terrible. Do not use these guys. Every year my service would stop for no reason the first year after emailing support and the host master they restarted my account. This is the second year and it has been three weeks and no one will reply to me at all. All my email contacts are gone and I have lost alot of business because of their lack of support.

This hosting company is a piece of crap!!!Recently all the emails sent to their support, was all bounced back. I don't know if they even still in the hosting business. Most emails my customers sent to our account is bounced. And there is no customer support at all, no one response to your emails, and you are not able to transfer your domain at all, cause you don't have the EPP code.
SO NEVER NEVER use their service, you will be very regret if you use it.

I cannot warn people enough to stay away from this company. Every thing was good for the first year and now I can't get away fast enough. I have had three different plans with them, the Community Plan was the one I had the longest.
When it came time to renew two of the three domains I had registered with them I found that they had been sold to clearing houses. I ended up spending hundreds to get them back. I have five open tickets and over a dozen emails that have been unanswered for the [...]
