These guys really suck. They never send out confirmation email and they dont automatically register domains.. I registered a domain i was really worried about getting bought out by someone else and i called them they told me it takes 48 hours to register a domain name and that "any other hosting company will tell me the same thing" lol yeah okay, so they told me the domain was secure though... so i headed over to my boys at dynadot.com (excellent service btw) and bought the domain name WOOPS 1and1 hosting DuN GOOFED! that would have costed me my domain name.. these guys are so unprofessional its ridiculous.. their support on the website is listed 8am-11pm mon-fir... yet when you call the phone it says that their customer support is open 9am-5pm its jsut ridiculous..
