I have a dozen different small sites hosted with 34sp.com and I am certain I shall be bringing more sites to them in the future.
The reasons I host with them are a mix of three things.
Reliaibility.
Value
Support
It is in the area of tech support that 34sp.com really have no match. They answer e-mails almost as fast as an auto-responder and in every single case that I have asked for help they have treated my problem as if it were their own and have resolved every issue I have ever raised very swiftly.
It is the quality of their support which has made me decide to write this review.
Recently they have added a Live Help system where I can click the icon and chat one on one with a real engineer in real time.
So the ways I can get help now are by phone, by e-mail, by Live Help or even fax.
That is why my review is so glowing. For once I am dealing with a company who not only deliver what they promised but have exceeded expectation in virtually every area..
